You can find around 3-4 timecycle(without enb) mods,most of them have the Chromatic Aberration removed,as for the distant blur don't think any of them have it removed,as i said i've removed the blur myself. You don't need to buy a new monitor,theres something totally free called DSR that you can active in your Nvidia panel. Hopefully, a mod which removes the blurryness will be created. All the other games look good and aren't blurred. So I'm stuck at 1080p with GTA 5 blurred in the distant scenery.
